This is a decent place. The rooms are not as clean as Luxor, Mermaids, or Monte Carlo, but they still are not bad. Location is in Zona Centro on 4th, a few blocks from Revolution. You can easily walk or take a taxi for $2 or $3.

So after the fiasco at the Mermaids Bar I took an Uber to this place. There was only 2 girls to choose from. One was a very skinny very sickly looking. Ruby on the other hand is full bodied. I was looking for a place close to my hotel and I was told that Baby Blue was right up the street. S I took a taxi to Baby Blue for and paid the driver 30 pesos.
