There are many places in Pattaya where Freelancers hang out to find their customers. One place in particular is Pattaya Beach Rd. This area has been nicknamed "The Coconut Bar". There are many coconut trees along the beach walk and the girls stand under the coconut trees smiling at you as you walk by and even asking you or telling you, 'I want to go with you."
The girls that work this area of the beach has named their place of work, "The Coconut Bar" for obvious reasons.
The cost of a short time experience with one of these delightful little morsels is 500 to 1,000 bht. You can either take them back to your hotel or a short time hotel found in various places in Pattaya, or sometimes they will invite you to their room. This is not the best idea. Your hotel room is probably the safest as your hotel desk clerk will take their I.D and make a copy of it for security reasons. make sure the girl is NOT underage as the penalty is a stiff fine and possible jail time. If she looks, smells, acts like she's underage, then she probably is. But if she just smells, don't take her anyway.
