You are able to find many forums and choose the offer directly, I believe. Many companies are into it today. I have seen many advertisements on social media recently. Possibly in view of the current situation in the world, not all of them are working. But in my NLL agency, we have plenty of requests to buy backlinks online and other promotion. So I think they are not completely idle.
