Decided to roll into Lee's today and saw that the Tax Man has dropped the Axe on this shop as well a la Auburn Health. Looks like The Man has found a more efficient way to eliminate these places than storming in with LE. If you have contacts in the biz, might want to let them know (if they don't already) that they need to keep their duckies lined up nice. I'll miss this place. Always counted on it as a solid experience when I wasn't feeling adventurous. I'm afraid the pendulum is swinging back to the dark times, gents. Better smoke 'em while you got 'em.

My travels take me by there from time to time. I visited after I saw that thread. There were strong signs that it might be back in business, but nobody answered the door. I will follow up soon.

Got a chance to do a drive by yesterday. All quiet. No signs of occupation. But also, no signs of clearing out. I won't say its dead, but its mighty dormant. Pipe up if any of y'all catch an ad from this shop.

I decided to post this here instead of starting a new thread.

On the 17th, I managed to scrape some lunch money together and decided to treat myself to a session. I picked the One Spa since my travels were taking me in that direction. My self-preservation alarm hit just in time before I committed to turning into the lot there. That was a good thing seeing as there was a sheriff squad car, a blue county party van, and at least two other vehicles in the lot with no regard for the parking lines. I managed to make my slow down look casual, then started taking evasive maneuvers until my paranoia wore off.

Anybody hear of what went down? Given that funding for LE is getting back to normal, along with the emphasis on combating human trafficking, I expect to see more of this. But, It might have been an actual call for service as opposed to a raid. Not likely, but possible.

That must have got the adrenaline going. But not in the way you were planning.
I have not heard anything about this one, have no idea what happened.

This is more common now.
Many of the girls are spooked and are being more cautious
if you are not a familiar face.

While back a similar thing happened to me.
Pulled in parking lot then noticed officers geared up, black LE looking vehicles.
They were staring right at me while I eased on down the parking lot away from shop.
Trying to calmly act disinterested, like I was looking for some other place.
Later got word that shop indeed had a bad go with LE.

"rich7"...I had something like that happen to me one time. I was at a "Gentleman's Club" about a block from the AMP I was planning on visiting later. I was at the table watching the dancer do her thing and I look away and there was a policeman/sheriff's Deputy, holding a drink (probably cola) just walking around, looking "official." I was expecting it to be a raid.
The dancer said "That's (forgot his name), he's just making his rounds, he always stops in." After a couple hours (waiting for my blood pressure to get back to normal) I head over to the AMP and I get out of my Jeep and the cop car pulls into the secluded parking area. He says something like "You need to stay here for an hour, or so." I was barely able to stagger into the AMP...and was greatly relieved to find out that I was able to perform at the hands, and other parts, of the AMP girl.

Another bro I'd encouraged to go try an AMP I'd been going to pretty regularly decided he'd give it a try and no sooner did he show up there, but he saw that a raid was underway with lots of squad cars and it was clearly a bust. Damn.

Gotta keep your eyes open, but it could happen to any of us, I'm sure.

I guess I've always felt like the odds of being present in an AMP when a bust goes down is far less likely if it's late at night and especially on the weekends, but that's just a guess.

I do know that some of the ladies are being more careful as they're pretty much all aware that there have been over 2 dozen places shut down.

But, new AMP spots keep popping up and I'm about to go TOFTT at a new AMP that I think just opened today. I think this'll make my 4th TOFTT visit to a new AMP in about the past 10 days and I just read elsewhere about another TOFTT on a new AMP that's only been open about a week.

Nice having options and new ones when there are so many getting busted.

Time - Yes during daytime hours middle of week was when I saw LE.
Agreed always good to add a fresh location to the mix.
