Hey, Gents! Stopping in to say hi and despite this site having gone low-action, it looks like we still have a fairly active crew here of AMP bro's - very cool.

Yes place definitely has FS look, newly redone inside, nice and clean.

I'm not sure this AMP will last.
First, too much foot traffic, and close to a very busy intersection.
Second, they better disguise the receiving area to look like a legit parlor. An inquiring passerby won't notice the price list that's posted on a whiteboard.
Sure it looks clean, as it's new.
Third, service is not that impressive. Not sure if I can recommend the therapist I received service from. But, you'll get what you came there for, if you know what I mean.
Fourth, parking is visible from the street. Well, this is a common problem.

My TOFTT that I posted elsewhere when I was not active here is still consistent with my experience on repeat visits that this is a reliable R-n-T ONLY & it's a bit inconsistent on actual massage technique and quality and the language barrier is significant and these are your typical 40+ to 50something MILFs or maybe more like MI-DONOT-LF.

Don't doubt it, Bro! An AMP Friends-With-Benefits ladyfriend of mine admitted that the remodel of the AMP she opened not long ago she was paying for by doing massages for the workmen. "Time" I've often wondered if there might be some bartering going on whenever some work is being done in an AMP. There was one (now closed) where there was a younger-looking man mowing and raking up the grass. When I was leaving his shirt looked like it was getting sweaty, and this was around 11 AM in August...which, here in southern Illinois could be in the area of 90, already.
