Had read a lot about this place and decided to try it. Despite their hours listed as 9 am - 11 pm, when I called midmorning for an appointment, I was told they open at 12:00. Arrived on time just past noon, was ushered in and met my therapist, Cici/Shishi, who asked for the hour fee in cash. I gave her $60, but she said the fee was $70; I accepted that and added another $10. When I was prepped and face-down on the table, she returned and said that I only get a half-hour and returned $20. When I asked why, she said there are only two girls working, so they must have overbooked. The actual bodywork was not bad, but she seemed quite bored and anxious to move on with her day. For me, a half-hour massage is not very relaxing, especially when I've planned on a full hour. I was so dissatisfied that I visited another local spa mid-afternoon, and that smoothed away all of the bad feelings. 2* because the initial bodywork was good, but I won't risk a second disappointment with this place.
