Is it the establishment that needs the license or the individual? If someone can enlighten me with this I'd appreciate it.

I just saw on the news this morning that Rick Scott signed into law yesterday some kind of reform/review program having to do with licensure of massage parlors and the staff working there. Something about checking to see if any kind of human trafficking is occuring within the parlor. Havent seen this story in the newspaper yet and not really sure if this will increase LE presence at amps.
